When we saw Kilauea in October, on our honey moon to Hawai’i, my wife and I were a bit disappointed to have missed seeing any lava or eruptions. Well, I guess we only missed it by 5 months or so–a blink of the eye on the geological scale. So here it is, the recent eruption of the Pu’u ‘O’o crater.
