Notes:  The Psycho Raptor diver mecha is the first of its kind.  Produced at
the Zion research colony on the Arcturian moon, it served as their primary
defence mecha.  Its ultra-tech psi-amp is astronomically expencive, making
this mecha highly valuble.  Pilots are told to self-destruct in the event of
capture or bail-out.  This mecha is also equipped with Thermodynamic Energy
Pile Armor (RAM armor in MZ+) to help power it's energy pool, and a turbodrive
dynamax (turbocharger in MZ+) is available for emergency usage.
