Notes:  The Titan is premier squadron commander mechasuit, used almost
exclusively by GSC officers of the rank 'Major'.  It's only weekness is its
shear bulk, making it one of the clumsiest and lest manuverable mecha.
However, nothing short of a very high powered weapon has a chance at bringing
it down.
